What the work creates

  • Clear priorities and a practical 30, 60, and 90-day agenda.
  • A steady operating rhythm across leaders, teams, and partners.

Straight answers

What clients usually ask.

What is the difference between interim and fractional marketing leadership?

Most interim roles are full-time and time-bound: someone owns the seat while the company searches, restructures, or moves through a critical period. Fractional leadership is usually part-time. I can work either way, but the scope and decision rights should be explicit before day one.

Can Monica serve as an interim marketing director?

Yes. I can cover a marketing director or senior marketing leadership role during a leave, an executive search, a transition, or a stretch of work that needs a senior owner now.

Is this a consulting role or a people-management role?

It can be both. I work inside the organization as a hands-on people manager and team leader. I make decisions, lead partners, and strengthen the team while the work moves forward.

Can Monica take a temporary assignment or work through our staffing partner?

Yes. The engagement can be structured as a full-time temporary or interim assignment, fractional leadership, or a defined consulting project. I can contract directly as a supplier or work through an approved staffing or contingent-workforce partner when company policy requires it.
